End of every course
The stress exam.
Every course ends with a stress exam, where each woman puts her skills to work under real pressure. It's how we know the training holds up.
Our Method
Most attacks don't look like the movies. Our training follows the Imminent Threat Response Framework, four stages that mirror how a real threat unfolds.
Spot danger early: people, places and patterns that signal trouble.
Awareness comes first. You learn to read situations, trust your instincts and notice warning signs before anything physical happens.
Choose fast: leave, de-escalate or act, and know when each fits.
Not every threat needs a fight. You practise choosing between leaving, talking down and acting, quickly and under pressure.
Strikes, escapes and ground work drilled until they become reflex.
When you have to act, your body knows what to do. Strikes, escapes from grabs and holds, and getting up from the ground, drilled with partners.
Get away, get help and get home. The goal is always safety.
The goal isn't to win. It's to get away, find help and get home. Every drill ends with a way out.
